1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Using the WWW.111.RO website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the user.

3. GENERAL INFORMATION
The images published on the site are in accordance with reality, but the shades of the colors of the products may differ slightly, as a result of the photo execution process or your monitor settings. WWW.111.RO customers will always be informed whether a product is in stock or not, whether it can be produced to order, how long it will take to process and how long it will take to reach them. This information will be sent by e-mail or telephone. Product images, offers, prices and contests may be changed and modified without prior notice. The invoice will be automatically sent in the email that contains the tracking number of the order.
4. OWNERSHIP – COPYRIGHT
The use of the WWW.111.RO website implies the acceptance of certain terms and conditions of use, in the form of a legal contract between the user and ART TIAGO SRL, therefore, it is recommended to read the following paragraph carefully. The entire content of the WWW.111.RO website is protected under copyright law and intellectual property rights laws. The use of any elements on the website without the written consent of ART TIAGO SRL is prohibited. Any use without authorization is punishable under the laws in force.
5. CUSTOMERS – CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The customer is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of information received through the site. By accessing the site and our products, ART TIAGO SRL processes your personal data in accordance with GDPR (Regulation 2016/679/EU). For details, see the Privacy Policy.
6. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICES
The prices displayed are in RON. The prices are valid at the time of accessing the page and can be modified at any time. Placing an order implies the obligation to pay. To collect payments, we use trusted partners.
7. PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS
Promotions are not cumulative with each other. ONE subscription MEMBERS have a constant discount on the site. Our site does not offer discount codes except through subscription. We reserve the right to discontinue any promotion without prior notice.
8. USER REGISTRATION
Registration requires data such as name, email and password. The customer is responsible for keeping their account data secure.
9. ORDER PLACEMENT AND CONFIRMATION
Orders are placed online, following the classic steps (add to cart, fill in details, choose payment method, confirm). Orders are confirmed by email.
IMPORTANT: Each order is processed and sent in the order in which it was placed , orders are not combined with each other, not even upon request.
Also, to benefit from the points from the House of Angels loyalty program , the customer must be logged into their personal account at the time of placing the order . If the order is placed without logging in, the points cannot be awarded later, and the responsibility lies with the customer.
10. PAYMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
The invoice is sent in an electronic format in the email that contains the tracking number of the order. We reserve the right to modify the products' descriptions without notice in advance.
11. DELIVERY POLICY
Deliveries in Romania will be made in 1–3 business days, and abroad in 2–7 business days. Delivery is made by express courier. For international deliveries (UK, Moldova), customs and duties are borne by the customer.
12. RETURNS
Returns can be made within 7 business days. The return form is available on the website or you can send the request to comenzi@111.ro. Products must be in new condition, with intact packaging. Unsealed or used products are not accepted for return.
In the event that the order is refused twice in a row, we reserve the right to ask that the next orders placed are paid exclusively online, by card, when placing them.
In the event that the customer chooses COD and the order is not accepted/taken - no matter if it is refused, not picked up from the easybox in time or cannot be delivered to the address because the customer is not there - the cost of delivery for the returned order will be on the customer, if they wish to have the order redelivered.
For the next order, the delivery tax will include both the current cost as well as the cost of the previous order (double delivery fee).
On top of this, we reserve the right to ask for payment in advance, by card, for future orders, when the customer has previously refused two orders.
13. LOYALTY PROGRAM – HOUSE OF ANGELS
House of Angels is our loyalty program, accessible to all customers who place orders through their customer account.
The program has 3 levels :
- Silver – automatically activated after purchases of 1000 lei;
- Gold – activated after accumulating a threshold of 20,000 points;
- Diamond – activated after accumulating a threshold of 50,000 points and constant activity.
Points are awarded for each order placed from the account and are automatically reset after 1 year from registration.
Only Gold and Diamond levels offer access to the annual vacation raffle (one in Europe and one in the tropics). All levels have access to exclusive discounts, retreats and additional benefits depending on the level reached.
14. ONE MEMBERSHIP
One Membership is a recurring monthly subscription , worth 59 lei/month , which offers the following benefits:
- Permanent 15% discount on the site;
- Priority access to retreats, workshops and events;
- Exclusive discount codes ;
- Discounts on E-books, courses and unique digital resources on the website www.ioanadianaacademy.ro;
- Access to private releases or collections in advance;
Pre-launch: If you sign up for One Membership by August 15th , you get all the benefits for free until September 15th .
After this date, the subscription is automatically withdrawn from the card each month , unless canceled from the customer account.
Please note: House of Angels and One Membership are different programs . House of Angels is free and activates automatically, while One Membership is paid and offers advanced and dedicated member benefits.
It is the responsibility of each client to read the information before activating One Membership. The membership renews automatically, monthly, by charging the card. If you do not want to continue, it can be deactivated at any time from the client account. We do not assume the situations in which the information has not been read.
15. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check for updates periodically.
16. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, failing that, in the competent courts of Romania.
17. FINAL PROVISIONS
This site is owned by ART TIAGO SRL. Accessing and using it automatically implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Promotions are not cumulative and are valid while supplies last.
